Shipping Areas
- Service Area: Bounty Farms currently delivers to specific areas. We are continuously expanding our delivery zones, so please check back regularly or contact our customer service team for updates on new areas.
Shipping Schedule
- Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 10:00 PM will be processed and shipped next days per selected time slot.
- Delivery Days: We deliver fresh produce every day.
- Delivery Time: You will receive a notification with an estimated delivery time window on the day of delivery.
Shipping Fees
- Standard Delivery: A flat rate of Rs.20 is applied to all standard deliveries within our service area, it may vary & change place to place.
- Free Delivery: Orders over [Rs.200] qualify for free delivery, it may vary & change as per company policies
- Expedited Delivery: Expedited delivery options are available for an additional fee. Please contact our customer service team for more details.
Packaging
- Sustainable Packaging: We use eco-friendly, insulated packaging to keep your vegetables fresh during transit. Our packaging is designed to maintain optimal temperature and protect the produce from damage.
- Reusable Containers: In an effort to reduce waste, we use reusable containers for deliveries. We encourage you to return these containers during your next delivery.
Delivery Instructions
- Special Instructions: If you have specific delivery instructions (e.g., leave the package with a neighbour, at the back door, etc.), please provide these details during checkout.
- Contactless Delivery: For your safety and convenience, we offer contactless delivery. Our driver will leave the package at your specified location and notify you once it has been delivered.
Order Tracking
- Tracking Information: Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS notification with tracking details. You can monitor the status of your delivery in real-time.
- Delivery Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation message once your order has been successfully delivered.
Issues with Delivery
- Damaged Produce: If you receive produce that is damaged or not up to our quality standards, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of delivery.
- Missed Delivery: If you are not available to receive your delivery and have not provided alternate instructions, our driver will attempt to contact you. If we are unable to deliver, your order will be returned to our facility, and we will contact you to reschedule.
